We were experiencing almost non-existent drainage resulting in water not having anywhere to go, backing up and returning into the sump pump. An annoying noisy, undesirable thing to have. Ernesto analyzed the situation and came up with a permanent solution: extend the piping into the yard, 35 feet away from where the water had been trying to flow out and include a pop-up to disburse any heavy flow of excess water still needing drainage. The solution worked. Their work was very professional. The sod that was taken up to house the PVC piping was returned to the ground so well that after about a week the disturbance was not even noticeable. We have had three heavy rains since. There was no audible sump pump “music” anymore and the water was being rerouted in a splendid way. Good solutions, good work, fair pricing – Everseal and Ernesto – a very wise decision.

We have used Ernesto at Everseal in the past several years to repair all the basement cracks for our three houses. The thing that we like the most about this company is that before all the actual repair work, Ernesto always takes time to assess the problem, find (or recommend) the best solution and explain every step related to the repairing work. Our first house had a huge fully-finished basement with some serious water issues at multiple locations, Ernesto came in first to check the whole basement thoroughly, pin-point the source of the problem and then tried really hard to cut the walls open as less as possible for the repair work.
